Welcome to Quantum Cocktails. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

About us Quantum Cocktails makes small-batch, handmade cocktail syrups in British Columbia, Canada, sold online and at select farmers markets.

Products We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our products, but colour and appearance may vary slightly between batches since everything is handmade. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Our syrups are non-alcoholic and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.

Allergens Some products (such as our orgeat) contain or are made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts and other common allergens. Please review product labels carefully if you have food allergies or sensitivities.

Pricing & payment All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders, shipping, cancellations & returns Order changes, cancellations, shipping, and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, published separately.

Intellectual property The Quantum Cocktails name and "QC" branding, logo, product names (including Ryan's Riffs), and all site content belong to Quantum Cocktails and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability Products are sold as-is. Quantum Cocktails isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, beyond the remedies outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be excluded under applicable Canadian law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page.
